The names of three Star Tribune reporters didn't appear above their
stories in Sunday's paper, though they were included in a box inside the newspaper. The Strib union says its contract permits nonunion editors to make only minor changes to stories. The union also contends the paper violated the contract when it included the reporters' names in a box describing the project.
