The Pulitzer Prize Board says newspapers may now submit a full array of online material -- including databases, interactive graphics, and streaming video -- in nearly all of its journalism categories. Previously, online work was limited to written stories or still images except in the Public Service category. The board also announces that a category called Local Reporting will replace Beat Reporting as one of the 14 prizes in journalism.
