Los Angeles Times editor James O'Shea says he's not going to sit like a silent lamb while former editorial page editor Andres Martinez "distorts my record" and attacks the newsroom. "Andres suggests I came to Los Angeles as some sort of agent of Tribune Company to quell an 'uprising by the imperial subjects.'" He says that's "an insult to hard-working people who happen to disagree with Andres.
