Michael J. Clowes says his former employer,
Rupert Murdoch, will undoubtedly interfere with the Wall Street Journal’s editorial content. "He will demand the paper give its readers what they want and expect. When in his (often correct) judgment it is not doing so, he will weigh in. ...My bet is that if Rupert wins the battle to own the Journal, he will do nothing to harm its credibility with its readers -- and do everything in his power to improve it."
