In May, UC Berkeley announced that
Dianne Lynch would become the journalism graduate school dean on Jan. 1. (
Orville Schell previously held the position.) Lynch now says she's staying at Ithaca College because it "provides the greatest opportunity for continued personal and professional growth and accomplishment." This is the
second time she said no to Berkeley.
