The Bee's Bobby Caina Calvan was attacked by bloggers after writing on his personal blog about efforts to "bully" a US soldier who stopped him at a checkpoint outside the Green Zone. "He didn't help himself by not telling his editors in Washington about his personal blog, catching them by surprise when bloggers unleashed their wrath," writes Armando Acuna. "He compounded his error by initially deleting his posting, which is considered bad form in the blogosphere. The Washington Bureau has a new rule.
