"Maybe last week's surge in ratings had more to do with a ferocious hunger for news about Pakistan. (Haaa, we kid!)," writes Rachel Sklar. "It stands to reason, though, that Williams' bump was at least in some part due to the show, plus the avalanche of press before and after."
