Scott Galloway of Firebrand Partners has hired a proxy solicitation firm to press his case with New York Times shareholders in the lead-up to the company's annual meeting in April, reports
Nat Worden. Galloway plans to nominate himself, along with three others, to represent NYT shareholders on the board. Meanwhile, the Firebrand-Harbinger group
has raised its Times stake to 19.03%.
