The eight largest papers in Ohio are now sharing their best stories with each other through a network called OHNO (the Ohio News Organization). "Most of us would swallow our notebooks before we'd share what's in them with another reporter," writes Ted Diadiun. "[But] we almost always break our stories online now as soon as they happen, so they're not exactly a secret from the other newspapers anyway." More editor/ombud columns:
