Michael Malone says investigative reporters in all corners of the country are increasingly encountering the "Stop Snitching" campaign, which makes it tough to find cooperative sources for crime stories. He writes: "News veterans in several markets speak of children as young as 8 wearing Stop Snitching T-shirts and chanting the mantra to officers and reporters alike."
