Tom Fiedler is inheriting some headaches as he begins his duties. "[COM is] a factionalized, turbulent place where the three departments -- journalism; mass communication, advertising, and public relations; and film and television -- don't always get along," writes Reilly. But, "there's reason to think that the excitement in BU's journalism department due to Fiedler's arrival is genuine." ||
